Order Cancellation Returns and Refund Policy:
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if products are dispatched.
- Replacement in case of damage in transit – Very rare case might happen of damage in transit. Replacement is provided only if product is received damaged in transit.
- Opening Video is Must – Pls record opening video of the Parcel and show the item clearly and if found damaged we will replace it immediately.
- Replacement, if any, will be done only for unused products on case to case basis with perfect box condition. The actual video of the product with repackaging showing items is to be shared.
- Pls reach out to our customer support within 24hrs of receipt of order.
- Refund – Refunds, if any, once processed will be credited in 5-6 working days in the same payment mode.
